ESB Independent Performance Report – TOP QUINTILE!
In addition, a recent Open Ratings report, an independent report of a firm’s performance based on customer feedback directly to a third party, ranked ESB Design+Build’s performance in the top quintile against our peers for nonresidential construction (SIC 1542). Our 19 customers independently surveyed gave us 100% positive feedback for order accuracy, delivery/timeliness, quality, and responsiveness. ESB Design+Build received absolutely no negative feedback from all independent surveys ever completed on our behalf.
